1. Gently fold the garment and place it in its original packaging, along with its label. To qualify for a refund, the item must bereturnedin the same condition as received.
Please note, any damage to the product may void your refund request. This return policy is valid for two weeks from the date of purchase. Requests for refunds made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Download the online order return form available here, then print it and complete it, detailing the reasons justifying the request to return the product.
3. Place the printed return document inside the shipping box, then securely close and seal the package to ensure safe transit.
4. Take the package to your nearest post office and send it to the following address:
